The office is open from 9-12 (Portuguese time) but as outside work is often undertaken, it is more satisfactory to make an appointment previously by email or by phone. Our office can be found in Oliveira right opposite the Post Office. There is a flight of stairs; on the left-hand side you will see the LUA-BAR. Take the door left to the bar; if closed, ring button marked GECIVELT. Take the stairs; to the first floor, then the door behind you on the righthand side. Enter to the left.
